Anywayz after the hours of shopping
my leg pain again..

no strenuous activities includes shopping?

Went down to TPY Central...
i had 2 'turtles' walkin right in front of me...
and it was very obvious tat they aint locals....
but it sounded realli funny...
as one of them was tryin to slang...


GAL 1: Studying law in SG is better than studying back there...
GAL 2: *nods nods*


i tried to walk past them.. but then they leave no gap in between them .. i couldnt 'overtake'


GAL 1: (Slang) Our lecturer told us that we muz be very "fresherner"...

For a few seconds i O_O ....
"fresherner.."...??
y on earth wud their lecturer wanted an air fresherner or some sorta fresherner for...


in the end it dawned upon me that
she was tryin to say "professional"
so much for tryin to slang..
actually her english not bad lar....
over-slang juz... kills.. i guess...


not tryin to be mean here lar.. but wa laoz..!!!


Moral of the story...next time.. walk faster..so ppl behind u wud not be able to overhear yr conversation wif the other and start to pick on ur slang..
